We are excited that Katherine Barrera, DPT, has joined Edens Orthopaedics!
Katherine is a physical therapist with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. Katherine has over 12 years of clinical experience assisting patients achieve their personal goals, be it pain management, return to sport, or enjoying life’s simple pleasures.
As an Orthopedic Certified Specialist, Katherine uses that experience to treat conditions of the musculoskeletal system (ligaments, tendons, muscles, bones) as well as related neurovascular components. Her special interests include pre and post operative rehabilitation and sports medicine.
When not at work, Katherine loves listening to a good audiobook, yoga, and taking day trips with her husband, two little ones, and dog.
